An option is to make several structures, and then, place structure when one structure spawn. However, you can’t change the rotation. Otherwise, you wait the 1.16 to have structure blocks with 48x48x48 blocks.
So there are no other ways? none at all ?
Except the two solutions I explained, I don't believe there is another way to do.
Can I save structures in worldedit ?
I don’t know, but this is not the best way to do.

How can I do it in parts ? (structure)
Place the main part on using structure spawn mod element, place other parts using on structure generated trigger in structure spawn mod element, and use procedures to place other parts on the appropriate offsets.

Yes, if you want structure on top of this one, add for example + 32 to the y if your main piece if 32 block high.
