Hello guys, i'm having a difficult time to create a procedure that makes hostile mobs (in this case a custom mob called Goblin) burn in daylight properly.

With this procedure, the mob does burn and gets damaged in daylight, but it does not get extinguished when in water or while it's raining.
Also, during the night time it still has the burning particles around it, but it does not get damaged.
Anyone know how to properly make a hostile mob burn in daylight? as there is no procedure template for this.
