Tweaks:
Tweaked way of getting space rift after killing the dragon. Instead of the dragon dropping the item, a chest with the item spawns at about x0, y70, z0 on the main end island.

Removed Fori and Amythetical Highlands (Not needed)
Removed Tuff, Calcite, and Amythest *Base blocks. Calcite/Tuff Stairs,Slabs,Polished,and Bricks are still there, this time crafted with the vanilla block
Removed Amberthest and Hydrothest geode. The blocks are still there, but will be reintegrated during 1.4 in their own respective cave biomes.
