Issue description

I was wondering since that there is no option to create your own potion and I want to make a mod with my own custom potion to hypnotize mobs to follow me without using a certain item to make them follow me.

We don't plan to add this feature in the near future as the implementation of usable interface would be way to complex to keep it simple and usable.
