Block material Property: Web property needs to make block like cobweb

that is when the web property is chosen for material the player will slowly sink through the block like cobweb.

Issue comments

Material property is directly linked to the system of Materials in Minecraft. We can't change what effects does each material cause. Think of the material property as some kind of descriptor of a block rather than a functional property in most cases.
