make mcreator capable of importing .png strips for animated textures

Issue description

make mcreator capable of importing .png strips for animated textures

i tried to import these attached animated png strip images for a new liquid and got the infamous missing texture purple texture instead.

Issue comments

This happened because you have to create the animations inside the animation maker since the so-called "strips" need a .json file that defines the speed of the animation.
