Issue description

When you make a new dimension, you have to use a texture for the portal igniter.

Can we have an option to make an item that ignites it, instead of having a texture?

Portal igniter item needs to contain custom logic for actually igniting the portal so this is not possible to implement.

I don't understand what you mean. Can't you make a Tutorial :/
