When choosing the Parrot model and spawning it in Minecraft it falls through the ground.

Default Minecraft parrot model does not have a collide box. If you would like to have a parrot with a collide box, consider creating own model. This is right now the only solution. We will improve the options regarding mob collide box definition in the future updates.
