Issue description
I created a mob with spawn probability 40. It's creature, but monster for type. First time spawn was correctly but in some time mob started spawning rarely. Now i can't to find my mob in world at all. My mob spawns in custom biome only. Others mobs have same problem. When i use "ambient" spawn parameter, mob spawns too often (2-3 mobs per second).
If you have a peaceful world type, monsters won't spawn. They will also spawn much more likely at night. Check biome limits too.
