The Item i craft comes out as Stone

Issue description

I created an item that I can craft, but when I tested it, it came out as stone. It did this with other things I created recipes for.

How do I fix this?

I did select the output, for example one of the recipes is for a sponge. I made the output in the recipe a sponge. But when I tested the mod instead of a sponge it crafted a stone.
