Issue description
Implement a Menu for a custom GUI recipe editor since making recipes for custom GUI's with procedures alone is very repetitive and tedious especially when your custom GUI has 23 different slots.
suggestion on how this should work
similar to the regular recipe editors except it has a option at the start to choose what custom GUI to use and then it shows that custom gui with the slots onscreen like the regular recipe editors and you drop items / blocks of your recipe into the custom GUI input and output slots to make your recipe like the normal recipe editors.
This has already been discussed in many tickets before. For now we have added crafting and smelting procedure templates to ease this, but will consider adding procedure recipe builder in the future updates (2.x.x branch most likely)
