Add Procedure hand motion on action on do after an if

would like to be able to set hand motions for right clicked when it comes to Procedure so one can customized it more. example I created a Mushroom that is held as a item but can be placed as plant. just like Minecraft has there set up to do. the hand motion is gone but if I just used the plant to be place as plant then its there but I only wont the hand motion to happen under an if so if true then do hand motion for placement not on always.
