Issue description

Hello y'all, I was trying to place my custom model into the mob creator thing. I made it in block bench, exported to Java and things are not compiling. It says that the folders(containing the pieces of model) are maybe not initialized properly, but I am not sure what exactly the issue is? I exported the model to Photoshop and was able to see it properly there so I'm kind of at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong. The texture of the model was imported with no issues, but the model is fighting me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has pretty much cut my project off at the knees.

Also here's the model for reference

.The picture.

Maybe stupid question but can you ONLY just modify mobs into existence? Is there no possible way to make them from scratch code and all?
