Create explosion procedure block creates phantom blocks

There is that issue when this block generates an explosion than the explosion does not break all of them but make them disappear instead and reappear when right clicked on them
so yeah standing on this phantom blocks makes player glitching 

Note: Same thing sometimes happens when generating large structures
