Ability to edit mob detection range

Issue description

In vanilla Minecraft some mobs, such as Zombies, have a detection range higher than usual.

It would be nice to have an option to change mob detection range. It could be useful for making hunters that see mobs from very far away or guards that only detect them when they are very near.

Issue comments

This attribute is controlled by SharedMonsterAttributes.FOLLOW_RANGE parameter. We will consider adding this into MCreator.
