How do I get MCreator for 1.7.10?

When I went to check the downloads page there's only a version for 1.12 but I was wondering if there is a way to download a version that supports 1.7.10.

No, we dropped support for it. The reason why there is no download is well explained in multiple recent forum topics.

1.7.10 is a very old version. You'll have to update to 1.12.2 to play any mods because like Klemen said, it's not supported anymore.
