when i appdated mcreator i was imported my workspace on my computer( buttom "import to .mcrt file") but my workspace was deleted anyway

1.9.1 does not support mcr anymore. Update to 1.9.1 first and then use this tool to import mcr files: https://mcreator.net/wiki/mcr-legacy-converter
