Issue description

Can you guys can an option where we can change existing block drops, control harvest level to break it or any other options? Thanks. Crafting recipes can be changed or blocked. But I don’t know how to do existing blocks.

Please consider adding this.

You could add drops using global events in procedures, but not remove them.
