Cannot swim in custom fluid (1.14.4)

Issue description

I've looked for bugs in a snapshot, and i found one of it, Cannot swim in custom fluid in 1.14.4. Normally, in water, you can swim using the sprint key. But with a custom fluid, i cannot swim in it. I just got to the ground inside the custom fluid, not moving slowly. This issue affects EAP 2019.5 b46331 (1.14.4).

I believe this is the issue with Forge which has not implemented this yet.

I would like to point out that forge did not solve this problem so for my 1.14.4 mod with MCreator 2020.1 it's extremely problematic. It will be fixed soon!?
