Hello, my name is Mario and I'm making a mod but I don't know how to program in Java and I want to do some animations to my mob so...

Can you please recommend me some programs or utilities to model my mob and do their animations?

There aren't any that I am awere of. You can define some baic animations to Java models in MCreator when importing them, though.
