Issue description

Is there any way I can set the tick update procedure on a block such that the procedure [gives a tick update to a block after a certain amount of ticks] then causes the block to [replace block with ___] using the "on tick update" procedure in the block code?

Yes, you can, use place block procedure block, but keep in mind that tick is not naturally triggered on generated blocks, unless you use random tick.
