Mob despawns if player doesnt have specific item in inventory or has not consumed specific item once

Issue description

So i want to create a mob that only spawns if player has item in inventory or has consumed once during playthrough

but i cant seem to get it to work

If-not-Has provided entity Item

do despawn entity

if somebody has an idea how to it out i would be very thankful

especially if somebody knows how to "if player consumed" somehow
