Issue description

A block base to allow a block to be placed in 16 different rotation directions, as well as on the wall, similar to mob heads, along with a checkable option to allow the custom blocks to be placed on the helmet slot.

This would allow creations of custom mob heads and blocks that can be worn. And probably other ideas.
