Unable to make a trapdoor with Material set to iron

Issue description

When I made a trapdoor using Iron for the material, the trapdoor would not work. It would only place on top of a block, and would not flip in any direction. When clicked, it would place what ever item I had in my hand on the next open block above or to the side, depending where I clicked. When I made the material rock, the trapdoor worked as expected.

Issue comments

Iron trapdoor will only activate with redstone.
