more than 2 months ago (almost 3 months), I sent Contact message to Pylo about my problem and still no reply.

MCreator issue tracker has been migrated to GitHub.

Existing tickets have been migrated to GitHub. Please open new tickets on the GitHub tracker instead. If you do not have a GitHub account, all feature requests and bug reports from forums are still considered and checked by the maintainers.

Issue description

It's been over 2 months since I contacted Pylo in https://www.pylo.co/contact I haven't received any replies/answers at all. (I sent it twice)

Anyway, the message was that my main Account was not activated and I couldn't sign in. I found an activation button in an email, but that just sends me to the change password page where I type in my email to send a link, I typed in the email, and wouldn't let me.

Please I need help.

I checked the inbox and there does not seem to be any email under the email from the scresnhot. Could you try sending another one?
