Option to increase or lower firing speed for ranged entities and items.

Issue description

I've looked around and found it to be difficult to find anyway to increase a ranged entities firing speed, or lower it. This is pretty annoying as some ranged entities that should for example shoot fast, I have to resort to making these single textures that look like multiple of the projectile. Just having that option would be great. Also I tossed in items as having the option to force a pull back or disable the pull back entirely for things like guns would be appreciated too.

Use firing conditions in combination with tags and tick counter to customize delays between shooting events.
