If you are talking about making a 3d model then I would suggest blockbench and then use a animator like techne to make a walking or flying animation and then import it in to mcreator threw 3d models and texture mapping found in resources now you have the model in mcreator this can also work with items and and blocks and if you want it to fly then when your making a mob select Is flying entity (gravity does not pull it down, does not take fall damage) now it fly's to make it ridable select Ridable and to make it like your riding a horse select Forward movement control now it moves in the direction you move your head now you have your dragon if you want to make dragon eggs like the ones yo find in the end I would suggest you make a 3d model for that as well and then if you want to make it hatch you can make that happen in the block procedure called On block right clicked and if you know how to make procedures then you can make an update tick that allows it to spawn baby dragon after a certain time period of how ever long you want it to be till the dragon egg hatches remember if you want your dragon or egg to have particles you can always select particles of any kind you want you also wanted to know how to make the dragons breath fire I would then suggest to make it in the procedure called entity update tick where when ever the entity aka dragon attacks anything it can have fire particles show while you make it also explode in a radius of blocks of how ever much you want and then make it ignite fire in any direction you want in xyz z means forward so maybe 3 blocks forward in the z coordinate after that you have now a working dragon egg a working dragon and now the dragon is ridable flying and also able to shoot explosive flames out when it is attacking a mob
I need help with this too, but I dont know any of these procedures and I have been looking things up for almost a day and haven't found anything. Can I get some help over here?

Can we import a mob model made in blockbench and then custom animate it in Techne?
And does the animations get saved in the java file?
I thought the site stopped working. Where can I find Techne these days?

Techne is no longer being supported but you can work with the same models in BlockBench with its new animation features.
