For some reason, I have problems with your site. I wrote a small sentence in the description for issues. I click publish, and the site writes that there are forbidden words in the description, although everything is fine there.
I have to somehow get out in it.

There is no actual per item event for this, only entities actually have such trigger. For other use cases, the use of global triggers when item left clicked is recommended.

Sad that does not work, just if use global triggers CoolDown will not work on the tools and it will be possible to do spam clicks on the block.
