The game keeps crashing

Whenever I go into the game with one of my mods loaded, it just quits out of the game and goes back to the Minecraft launcher. I'm doing 1.14.4, but it crashes when I do it. but for a few times now, it just doesn't load the mod into the mods list. Can someone help me with this problem?
