[PLUGIN] Entity attacks entity trigger and get max health of entity procedure block

I was thinkering with plug in stuff and I somehow managed to get this work it's a small plug in that only adds and a trigger and a precedure block

-"entity attacks entity" useful if you want to give some kind of effect to the attacking entity

-"get max health" if you want a mob to do something only when it's below 50% hp or that kind of stuff

it's made for 1.12.2 but it should be fairly easy to make it work in newer versions
