MCreator loading bar stuck on "Loading Plugin Data"

Issue description

I tried opening the MCreator 2020.3, and it is stuck at "Loading Plugin Data"

Issue comments

Try rebooting pc and then reinstalling.
Make sure you do not use any 2020.2 plugins

how do i see which plugins are old
