Can you make a potion play a sound until the potion wears off or just make the potion play 1 .ogg file

I'm trying to make a potion that whenever is applied plays a song but I cant find how to do it

do potiona activetick and put a play sound block in it, maybe make a timer so there is a delay in between every time
