GUI Copy Block replace

Hello... I would make a chest wich 2 models 1 is open the other is close. How can i make, that when i right klikc the close chest the open model change and a gui open . After i close the gui the close model change. But the gui dont have to delet? ( sry for my englisch Im from Germany )
