Where did the resize tool go?

Where did the resize tool go?

There used to be a "resize layer" and "move layer" tool. Now, I can't find it!

Can someone help me with this?

They are still there, perhaps you are using MCreator in a really small window and they got obstructed by other components. Did you try resizing the toolbox section?

It appeared the next day, with the same dimensions so I'm really confused
