my animated texture arent working

i'm the maker of chronokiller's star wars texture pack on planet minecraft . i'm trying to use some off my animated texture in my mod but when the game is loaded in MCreator nor regular forge minecraft the animated strip is squashed onto the face of the model instead of being one frame at a time animated. If anyone has any advice that would be  awesome.  and thank you in advanced
