Try to convert the model to JSON, they work better in MCreator and Minecraft in general.
I port this model from game, and it i am bad at modeling. Have you got other ideas?
Flip the texture vertically in a image editing programm. Had the same problem!

1. Problem with lighting
2.Problem with third person view
meh just do singleplayer and never f5 lol
