Obtaining an item after killing a mob (COMPLITE)

In general, I need help with solving one problem, I cannot make it so that after killing a mob with a "Specific" item, I have one item in my inventory, replaced by another. For example: I have a sword in my inventory, and a bottle, I kill a villager and an ordinary bottle turns into a bottle of blood, how to do this? Please, helps!!!
