Right click on block (maybe a bug)

Hello! im working on my mod and discovered this feature of the right click direction. With that thing, you can actually use items to place blocks and thats pretty cool.

As you can see, if i give the item a trigger when right click on block, it gets the direction dependenc.

But this does not work with the global right click event!

 (No direction dep. as you can see )

Is this intentional?
