Hi, ive created a custom bed model, block, item etc.
ive managed to get them to change colour and update block etc, they also change time on right click however the player does not sleep in the bed it just skips the time. is there a way to play the vanilla sleep animations with faded screen on a custom block? or even replicate the vanilla sleeping for use with the custom bed ?
thanks in advance,
It isn't possible for now but a cool thing you should do which I'll implement on my mod, is when right clicked on it can send you into a dream dimension you can make.
Thanks for clarifying, that would be a very cool idea but currently I'm just looking to add some fancier bed models.
Is there a way to rotate the player model at all?
I've installed the animation plugin to move body parts but that doesn't do what I need.
Unfortunately I don't know how and I think it isn't possible. Also another user created a bed mod from javascript and he did it with code I think it's impossible for mcreator to support
The Outlander, can you provide a name for this mod or a link to it? I know how to fix the problem!

I think he doesn't have the same issue now that I'm reading it again. Sorry I searched it on Google and can't find a solution. There's also another user who has a, problem closer than yours https://forums.minecraftforge.net/topic/66183-custom-bed-player-lies-on…
No, I cannot solve the problem.
Btw along with the dream dimension you could make a nightmare dimension and make the bed to teleport you to either the dream one or the nightmare one with procedures(make sure the dimensions have their portals disabled). And when you die you return to the real world with all your items and armor. I'll implement it on my mod but with different beds
