"On block right click" problem (custom dirt)

So I've made a custom farmland block and a procedure to make the custom dirt turn into farmland. However, the problem is, while everything else works just as intended, nothing can be placed on the top, sides or bottom of the custom dirt block.

Can you please help me fix this? What should I add/remove from the procedures?
