cutout, change opacity to desired level, and you could also try checking checkbox Transparent, but I honestly don't know what that last thing will do lol
ok found the problem, apparently it was due to me duplicating the original plank block so that I could turn it into the other blocks with different models.

I just tried it, changing it to cutout does not work
then try the other 3 types
used all of them, have had no solution yet
