this should be your procedure:

entity is hurt 

if event target entity has 0 health AND item in main hand of event target entity = totem

do cancel global trigger 

set event target entity health to 5

add potion effect etc

or trigger Entity Dies could work too

OK IT WORK but it dont have sound and particles ( I forgot put on hand ticks tem)

ok i manage put sound but the particles cant work and the animation is off
