that's because you are using > try using < or = instead.
they still dont spawn
don't listen to glitched_soul, instead your problem is that it needs to be X + NUMBER not just NUMBER, bc if not, then they will spawn at 5 ~ ~ etc
how do i put x with a number ? one of the logic block ?

cooldown: if it's an item with the block called Cooldown

is an enchant on a sword so i can't make that the player cant use the sword while the enchant cooldown
