Topic category: Help with MCreator software
Everytime I try to create a workspace or refactor a workspace, it gives me the error "GRADLE_NO_INTERNET" but I have internet on my laptop.
After researching for a bit, I found out that this could also happen when the dependency servers are overloaded. So I want to make sure, are the servers overloaded right now or did I do something wrong to my MCreator? I've found out that the dependency servers are NOT overloaded.
I've also:
- Disabled anti-virus & firewall
- Deleted caches folder
- Deleted entire gradle folder
- Re-ran the setup multiple times
- Whitelisted MCreator on the firewall.
- Whitelisted Java on the firewall.
Here's the log file: https://pastebin.com/chisx2XG
[EDIT-1] 15/12/2021 9 PM EST
I checked the log file, found this line right here: Error: could not open `C:\Program Files\Pylo\MCreator\jdk\lib\amd64\jvm.cfg
I went to C:\Program Files\Pylo\MCreator\jdk\lib\ and tried to look for "amd64", it doesn't exist. Should I be worried?
[EDIT-2] 15/12/2021 11 PM EST
I just wanted to note: I'm using MCreator 2021.2, not 2021.3. Is that the reason as to why it's not working?
[EDIT-3] 16/12/2021 1 AM EST
Updated to 2021.3, I still have the error.
This is a rather strange occurrence, a missing config file shouldn't explain the "No Internet" issue though, or perhaps maybe I am wrong?
I don't know a lot about code, so I wish I can help you further. I had a similar issue, however it was due to ISP problems.
I apologize for not changing the title to "Solved". I already solved this, my ISP was blocking a site that was a dependency for Gradle.
what site?
