This has been bothering me for a while, so I decided to make a forums post. Basically, I first upload a 3D entity model to MCreator and use it for an entity. Fine, works well. Then I try to upload a second model and it doesn't add a model, it replaces my previous one!. It also replaces my entity model used in my previously created entity. If this is just a thing for me and I'm being stupid, let me know. Thanks
on your model editor change the model identifier, its probably that
default is custom_model I think
My model editor is BlockBench, I thought you need to save it as a Java Entity 3D model?
yes. but the file name is the thing you need to change, on blockbench go to your project details and make sure you replace custom_model with an unique name for each model
https://ibb.co/JqRDdFS Is the model identifier what you mean?
Sorry, I'm kinda new to Blockbench and entity modeling
Because the filename is different for each model I put in, so it can't be the problem
Wait, im actually an idiot. I changed the model identifier and it worked! Thank you.
yes thats what I mean, good it works now!
