Topic category: Help with MCreator software
So first of all I am encountering the whole safe world glitch. Second of all I have searched for hours and found multiple solutions from Mcreator’s forums.
Not a single one worked. This started the moment of I updated from 2021.2 to 2022.1.
I need a fresh take on this that isn’t just telling me this is already answered or what the other forums say, because none of the already existing answers worked.
Here's my console contents, I first tried to load a world pre-update, and then tried creating a new one.

Feedback would be very much so welcomed on the matter!
Even though I have yet to get a response I have figured out that whatever is causing this is triggered by enabling the new fancy "Villager Trade" option. Once enabled it seems to hard lock your mod into being unplayable no matter what you do. I know this because I started a new recreation of my current project because I figured I could start over anyways, and I had no difficulties in any of my various test runs until I added villager trades in. Everything was smooth without any difficulties, and now I have to start from scratch a second time.
what do you mean by it's not playable
It triggered safemode, and no matter what I changed since I can't get rid of it. All that was new in this next one was me adding villager trades, and upon doing that my mod has forever since triggered safemode.
In your console contents the error starts in page 31 showing a generation issue.
Then in page 32
All these (and many other) errors are followed in page 36 by
All these are worldgen errors, 1.17 worldgen datapacks are not compatible with 1.18. Which will stop a world from generating (safe mode). You might have to redo or upgrade the worldgen portion of your mod.
Ok. Also it's notable that when I tried restarting everything worked fine until I added Villager trades in my second go. I made another topic that went a bit more into depth on how that seemed to happen.
