Issues with portal creation

I'm getting this error message and was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have had a lot of bugs while having just started out using this software, but have figured out most of my issues. This however has stumped me, and the only issues i can think of is the igniter item in the dimension tab has the same name as another custom item, as i want to use that item as the igniter. I also was thinking i need to launch minecraft in the version im working on because in cant remember if i have played 1.18.2 yet.
