Yes, you can put Mcreator mods on Curseforge. In fact, (as far as I know), quite a lot of mods on Curseforge are made in Mcreator. It's nice if you credit Mcreator in some way though. (There's even a tag in Curseforge mod types for mods made with Mcreator.)
...It should be noted, though, that Curseforge has stricter moderation policies than Mcreator's mod sharing platform, or Planet Minecraft. That is, you have to get your mods approved. (Which basically just means they don't immediately crash the game), meaning it'll take a bit longer to get things uploaded, and you can only upload specific file types. However, you can also upload much larger files to Curseforge, and more high definition images.
