Custom mobs won't spawn in one specific world, but spawn normally in other worlds

I made a mod just for myself with a fiew mobs, the problem is they don't spawn at all in my maid world, but spawn in others, and i have no idea why, is it my world or something else, keep in mind one of the mobs have DaysGone level of spawn weight, yet in my main world, nothing, not a single mob ever spawn, i tried everything, changing difficulty, increase the render view distance, nothing, i am completely lost, i have no idea how is this possible and why it had to be the world i most play on.
