Block causes an infinite freeze on minecraft

I have been developing a mod, in which I made a machine, which when right clicked will open a gui, with a button that does a procedure.

The thing is; 

a similar machine uses a similar procedure and works fine, whilst this one makes my minecraft freeze eternally.

Is there any way to fix this?
